We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Yes, opened or used consumable products such as Shilajit, powders, and oils cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Once your return is approved and the product is received at our facility, it takes 5–7 business days to process the refund or exchange.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned product passes inspection.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@actizeet.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes, exchanges are possible for the same product category if the item is unopened and available in stock.

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product), ACTIZEET covers the shipping. Otherwise, the customer bears the return cost.

If the returned item fails inspection (opened, used, or damaged), it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
