1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt).
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used consumable products (such as Shilajit, herbal powders, and essential oils).
- Items without original packaging or tampered seals.
- Products purchased during sale or clearance events unless damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@actizeet.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review your request and share the return shipping details if eligible.
Once we receive your product and it passes quality inspection, we will process your refund or replacement.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product).
- In some cases, refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@actizeet.com.
Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and outer packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You can instead follow our return process after delivery.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- The same product (if the wrong variant or damaged item was delivered).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an ACTIZEET error (wrong or defective item), we will arrange the return shipping.
- For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
